You get a 100 night sleep trial and if for any reason our product doesn’t meet your expectations we will take it back. Just contact us at email@example.com and we’ll arrange for you to ship your A50 set back, and get a refund. Our customer service team is in Monday - Friday and we generally respond within 24-48 hours.

We kindly ask that you do not send your return using a personal shipping label. By requesting a label from us we are able to track your package, making your return faster, quicker, and smoother.
PS: We advise you try your sheets for at least 60 days so they get multiple use/wash cycles. We don't use chemical softeners to make our sheets soft out of the box - preferring to let them break in naturally so they will last longer and be softer.
